Her journey spans underground operations, technical leadership and executive management, where she has consistently demonstrated excellence in safety, production and people development.
She holds formal qualifications in mining engineering and mine management, complemented by extensive leadership, safety and management certifications. Her rise from underground operational roles to senior leadership positions is a testament to competency, resilience and results.
Her leadership style is democratic yet firm, grounded in fairness, accountability and empathy. She is passionate about mentoring future leaders, with a strong focus on empowering women and young professionals within the mining sector.
